Allotted a short time for making breakfast as I plan on getting my To-Do List (for today) done.
I sauteed minced onion, garlic, & ginger in olive oil. Then threw in chopped tomatoes & zucchini, plus spinach -which I wanted to eat before it almost wilts in the fridge...
I placed scrambled egg & mixed it all up. Added a dash of pepper, oregano, & coriander herbs. You should try this! ;)
OK, gotta' get on making that list happen. HAVE A PRODUCTIVE DAY, EVERYONE!
