I'm not a fan of pork but I styled this with my friend and shot it for her restaurant. Everyone else around me who tasted said it was delicious. I actually trust them!
I'm just not really a pork eater. But if it was bits & already part of a dish, I usually don't bother to remove it. And if it's cooked as a yummy, pinkish tocino, I'll eat it! (HAHA)
