Turning Japanese

I was craving for Japanese cuisine, as I always am, but couldn't go out. So I improvised & turned what was left in my fridge to something that I thought could pass for Japanese [just] for the meantime.

Smoked Salmon with Capers (on Rice made with Japanese Rice Vinegar) // Mild Chicken Soup
Random Vegetables with Feta Cheese // Fresh Strawberries in Yogurt Ice Cream
